The community of Don Bosco, Tuem commemorated the second death anniversary of the four boarders, who tragically passed away, on September 14, 2021.

The youth group together with the school staff, Principal, Father Jonathan Ribeiro, Parish Priest and Brother Neil Fernandes, came together and cleaned the grave of Don Bosco Boys Home boarder, Danish Araujo, who was buried at Saint Francis Xavier Church Tuem cemetery and decorate the same with flowers.

A Holy Eucharist, in remembrance of the four boarders, was celebrated at 9.00 am by Don Bosco Quepem, Rector, Father Edwin Baracho on September 14, 2021. In the sermon, Father Baracho thanked all the people, parishioners, teachers, youth, who stood by the community and helped during the troubled times two years ago. He also said that one thing that we can learn from the four boys is that we need to live life and be happy. There was never a sad look on their face, added Father Baracho.

The mass was animated by the school teachers, staff and youth. After the mass, everyone gathered in the cemetery for the blessing of the grave. Also present for the mass were Father Jonathan Ribeiro, Father Thomas Fernandes, Father Anthony Alemao and Father Francis Fernandes.
